Weekend Police Activity, October 10-11-12, 2014


6:34pm - Hit-Skip Sunbury & Valley Quail South. Suspect driver/vehicle located at a residence in Sunbury Woods. Driver cited for failure to control and leaving the scene.

10:47pm - Suspicious persons/vehicle at Speedway SR3 & Morse. 5 teens in a white Dodge Durango. Area checked, did not locate.


7:46pm - Intoxicated male causing a disturbance in front of an address on Paris Blvd. East. The subject had an arrest warrant already on file. Arrested and transported to jail.

8:27pm - Caller reported several persons in Blendon Central Cemetery with flashlights. Area checked, gone on arrival.

11:06pm - Intoxicated female & a male in a  loud argument in parking lot on Harbin Ct. Male returned to his residence nearby, Female was transported back to her residence in Columbus by a sober friend.


1:14am - Hit-skip on the lot of BP at Sunbury Plaza. Suspect/vehicle male, white driver in a silver Chevrolet said he did not have insurance and left the scene. Victim driver then refused to file a report.

6:40pm - Mulch fire at Kurz Bros. on SR3.

8:21pm - Report of possible shots fired near SR161 & Ponderosa Dr. Area checked, nothing found.

Other; 3 non-injury crashes, 2 open doors, 3 false alarms, 1 recovered property (IPOD, owner advised), 1 parking complaint, 7 domestic disputes, 1 threat, 2 assist other agency (BAC), 1 medical, 2 missing juveniles (both located and returned to their homes)
