Weekend Police Activity; June 5-6-7, 2015


8:54am – Injury crash at Sunbury & Valley Quail South.

8:54am - Report of theft of a delivery on Rangoon Drive.

10:03am – Pedestrian alarming drivers on Cleveland Ave. Advised to stop.

10:41am – Report of a suspicious person on Fox Run Rd. Located the subject who turned out to be an employee of Aqua Ohio conducting business.

2:17pm – Report of a Rottweiler running loose on Panama Drive. Unable to locate.

8:37pm – Assist Fire Department on Brazzaville Dr. Two persons burned while trying to start a fire pit with gasoline. Medics transported both to hospital.

8:45pm – Sunbury Woods noise complaint. Harry Buffalo. Columbus notified.

Other Friday; 2 non-injury crashes, 2 traffic complaints, 1 false alarm, 1 parking complaint, 1 standby for custody.


12:13am – Officer observed a male subject, possibly underage, walking in the area of the 3600 block of Paris Blvd and stopped to chat. Subject turned out to be age 18, said he was visiting a friend nearby. No violation.

12:48am – Traffic violator stopped for an equipment violation. Charged with no operator’s license.

11:22am - Disturbance at Family Dollar at Glengary Center. Four customers advise by management not to return to the store.

6:40pm – Report of a sideswipe hit-skip in the 5300 block of Westerville Road. Suspect vehicle is a brown Infinity.

7:08pm – BTPD officer stopped a stolen vehicle at SR3 & I-270. Driver arrested for multiple charges.

10:12pm – Report of fireworks on Montford Rd. Area checked, not located.

10:58pm – Robbery at Dominos Glengary Center. Male, white subject in a black hooded jacket and shorts implied he had a gun and robbed employees of cash.

8:32am – Driver attempting to get a vehicle out of a ditch on Clybourne Road. Arrested for OVI (Male, age 24).

5:45pm – Report of a suspicious car on Manila Dr. Driver staying at a house nearby.

Other Sunday; Assist other agency (missing teen, not located), 1 false alarm, 3 domestic disputes (in one dispute - male arrested for violation of protection order), 1 non-injury crash, 1 standby for custody, 1 juvenile complaint.
