3:20pm – Report of theft of tools from a vehicle at a business on Morse Rd.

3:45pm – Arrested a subject on a warrant for the B & E to the Sunbury Car & Pet Wash. (Male, age 38).

7:36pm – Report of a suspicious person looking in a car on Karikal Dr. Located the subject, he was the resident.

10:50pm – Traffic violator at SR3 & I-270. Driver (Female, age 22) arrested for No Operator’s License, possession of heroin & possession of drug abuse instruments. Passenger (Male, age 24) arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Other Thursday; 1 lockout, 1 non-injury crash, 1 interference with custody, 2 false alarms, 1 fireworks complaint.


8:40am – Report of theft of items overnight from a vehicle on Bluebird Ct.

Other Friday; 1 recovered property, 3 false alarms, 1 child welfare investigation, 1 open door, 1 report of fishermen on the Smothers Road bridge (called in by a passing motorist) not on the roadway, no violation.


8:39pm – Suicide at Hoover Dam Park (Male, age 26). Under investigation.

11:53pm – Report of nails in the roadway at SR3 & Dempsey Rd.

Other Saturday; 2 stand-by for custody, 1 loud music, 1 false alarm, 1 medical issue, 1 loud pool party, 1 fireworks complaint.


2:04am – OVI arrest at I-270 & SR161 (Male, age 44).

10:46am – Report of two females passing out pamphlets at Hoover Dam Park. Located them and determined that they had permission.

10:58am – Report of an item taken from a vehicle overnight on Bogota Dr.

1:09pm - Report of items taken from a vehicle overnight on Bogota Dr.

1:22pm – Report of a man lying on the ground with a towel over his face. Made contact with the subject who was waiting on a tow truck for his motorcycle.

5:12pm – Report that a vehicle was ransacked overnight on Bashaw Dr. No loss determined at the time of report.

5:19pm – Hit-skip crash at SR3 & SR161. Driver of suspect vehicle has been located. Under investigation.

7:02pm – Report of a suspicious vehicle circling on Lima & Montevideo. Located a lost motorist looking for an address.

Other Sunday; 2 stand-by for custody, 1 family disturbance (no charges), 2 lockouts, 1 false alarm, 1 traffic complaint, 1 child welfare check.

Monday (early morning hours)

12:12am – BTPD officer located a woman at SR3 & SR161, lying in the roadway and screaming that she had been assaulted. Determined to have occurred in Columbus. CPD jurisdiction. No serious injuries.
