Friday

3:18 pm – Report of an assault on the school bus taking students from school to Huber Ridge. Male student, age 12, assaulted female student, age 13. Medics transported female to hospital, male charged with assault.

4:56 pm - Report of a male subject staggering in the roadway on SR161 at Sunbury Road. Area checked, not located.

6:23 pm – Non-injury crash; SR161 & SR3.

8:27 pm – Non-injury crash; Sunbury & SR161.

8:28 pm – Complaint of a fire pit burning behind a house on Lima Dr. Handled by Fire Dept.

Other Friday; 1 assist other agency (burglary, Plain Twp., no FCSO Car available), 1 medical issue.

Saturday

1:31 am – Female subject pounding on the door of a house on Chester Rd. Subject, stated that she was assaulted in Columbus. Transported by Medics to hospital. Columbus Police conducting investigation.

3:15 am – Report of a suspicious black, Toyota vehicle parked on Karikal Court. Area checked, not located.

1:32 pm – Non-injury crash; Sunbury & Valley Quail South.

11:15 pm – Report of suspicious vehicles on the lot of Sunbury Plaza. Gone on arrival.

Other Saturday; 1 parking complaint, 1 vandalism inside an apartment, 2 medial issues, 1 threats.

Sunday

12:48 am – Verbal dispute between adults (boyfriend & girlfriend) at Sunbury Plaza. No threats or violence. Sober third party gave them a ride home.

12:48 pm – Report of a shoplifter at Sunbury Plaza. Female black subject took cartons of cigarettes. Caller got the tag number of the getaway car. Vehicle had been stolen in Columbus one hour prior to the shoplifting incident. Under investigation.

6:38 pm – Caller reported an occupied suspicious vehicle parked on Stockholm Road for over an hour. Caller reported it after the vehicle had left. Area checked, not located.

9:11 pm – Report of a suspicious red, truck on Sagebrush Court. Officer made contact. Subject was visiting a resident and had run out of gas.

Other Sunday; 1 lockout, 1 traffic complaint.

Monday (Federal Holiday; Dr. MLK Jr. Day)

12:20 am – Officer made contact with two juveniles walking on Dempsey Road. Male & Female, both age 17, both transported home, released to relatives.

1:14 am – Officer found a vehicle left running at a used car lot on Westerville Road. Keys secured on behalf of the business.

4:36 pm – Non-injury crash; SR161 & Sunbury Rd.

10:14 pm – Suspicious truck on Brooklyn Road. Area checked, not located.

6:40 am – Business opening for the day at Sunbury Plaza discovered a break-in and theft from overnight.
