5:48 pm – Driver fled on foot from a Minerva Park Officer during a traffic stop on Minerva Lake Road. Male driver captured in nearby wooded area by BTPD and FSCO.

5:28 am - SR161 & Buenos Aires Blvd. Driver stopped for littering from a motor vehicle. Male driver, age 18, also charged with open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, under age possession of alcohol, and possession of marijuana.
12:07 pm - Report of a fight and a car stolen from Minerva Park. The suspect abandoned the stolen vehicle and walked away from it. BTPD Officer observed the suspect at Cleveland & Woodley and attempted to stop him. The suspect fled on foot. BTPD officer apprehended the subject after a short foot pursuit. Male subject, age 18, had felony drug warrants out of Illinois, a gun charge out of Reynoldsburg and Columbus traffic warrants. Transported to jail. Car recovered by owner.
3:10 pm – Non-injury crash; Sunbury Plaza.
3:38 pm – Report of arrows from a yard on Panama Drive landing in a yard on Paris Blvd. Officers contacted the archers and advised them to stop unless a proper backstop was utilized.
10:13 pm – Caller reported an individual by name. Said he was in a bar at Sunbury Plaza and getting ready to drive drunk. Officer made contact with the bar staff who stated that the known person had not been in all day and that they would be on the lookout for him.
Other Saturday; 1 domestic dispute, 1 open garage door, 1 lockout, 1 back up other agency (Genoa Twp.).
1:07 am – Traffic violator stopped on Buenos Aires Blvd. Male driver, age 29, arrested for OVI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
1:52 am – Non-injury crash; SR161 & SR3.
3:26 am – Male subject drinking beer in a vehicle on the lot of Speedway; SR3 & Dempsey Rd. Charged with open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and given a ride home.
4:37 am – BTPD Officer came upon a vehicle facing east in the westbound lanes of SR161 at Sunbury Rd. Vehicle had a blown out tire. Female driver, age 27, arrested for OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
7:35 am – Suspicious male asking customers for rides at Speedway (Morse & SR3). Officer gave him a ride.
9:14 am - Report of a vehicle break-in on Woodthrush Dr. Driver’s side window broken out during the early morning hours. Another vehicle rummaged through. No loss reported.
1:59 pm – Back-up Minerva Park PD at a fight at the group home on Lakewood Dr.
3:46 pm – Injury crash; SR3 & I-270.
7:21 pm – Anonymous report of subjects in a blue Ford Escort stealing political signs on Cherry Bottom Rd. Area checked, not located.
9:42 pm – Male subject observed all in black walking on Sunbury Rd. Officer stopped and advised him not to walk in the roadway. He complied.
Other Sunday; 1 unruly juvenile, 1 stand-by for property, 1 domestic dispute, 1 missing juvenile (returned), 1 false alarm.
Monday (early morning hours)
3:31 am – Hoover Dam Park; two juveniles in a car with 5 cans of spray paint. Male (age 16) and female (age 15). Both released to parents.
