Police Activity; Monday-Tuesday, April 4-5, 2016


10:45am - 3300 Blk of Morse Rd.; Report of cash taken off the counter during a transaction between customer and clerk at a business. 

3:02pm - Sunlawn Dr.; report of male, white with a neck tattoo asking for money.  Officers were unable to locate the man.

5:37pm - SR 161/Sunbury Rd.; non-injury crash.

7:27pm - 5500 Blk of Westerville Rd.; reported theft from a business. 

11:47pm - Bogota Dr.; barking dog.  Owner advised.

2:55am - 3000 Blk of Morse Rd.; reported theft from business.  Two suspects stopped, property was recovered and they were given trespass warnings. 

3:26am - Vickers Dr.; loud music complaint, resident advised. 

OTHER: 1 911 hang up, 1 medical assist, 1 open door.



8:02am - SR 161/Subury Rd.; non-injury crash.

8:15am - BTPD walk-in; subject with Domestic Violence warrants filed over weekend turned himself in.  Arrested and transported to jail.

8:37am - SR 161/Buenos Aires Blvd; non-injury crash.

12:38pm - 4600 blk of Cleveland Ave.; 2 bicycles on business property for over 2 weeks were impounded for safekeeping.

5:30pm - Sunbury Rd./SR 161; non-injury crash.

6:32pm - Abington Rd.; caller requested to speak with an officer about speeding and littering in the area.

7:02pm - Kilbourne Ave.; Damage noted to a parked van belonging to a local church. 

7:16pm - Dahlgreen Dr; resident concerned about possible phone scam.  Officers were able to verify the call was not a scam. 

11:44pm - Makassar Dr.; un-intentional fight between dogs left one deceased.  Animal Control responded and assumed investigation.

12:18am - Montevideo Rd.; suspicious vehicle at vacant home.  Determined to be current resident packing items to move.

2:05am - Panama Dr.; barking dog.  Owner advised.

OTHER:  3 open doors.
