Thursday

8:40 am – Report of items stolen from two vehicles overnight on Arnett Drive.

4:52 pm – Road rage confrontation at Speedway (SR3 & Dempsey). Primary subject gone on arrival.

6 pm to 7:45 pm – Huber Elementary School Picnic.

6:12 pm – Solicitors at Sunbury Plaza without permission. Gone on arrival.

9:22 pm – Report of fireworks near Huber Ridge School. Area checked, not located.

11:55 pm – Disturbance at Speedway (SR3 & Dempsey). Intoxicated female subject shouting profanity. Transported to her friend’s residence and released to a sober third party.

Other Thursday; 1 well-being check, 2 traffic complaints. 1 false alarm, 1 motorist assist (flat tire).

Friday (early morning hours only)

12:31 am – Assist Minerva Park PD. Traffic violator fled from MPPD on foot on Minerva Lake Road. Searched, area, not located.

12:39 am – Audible alarm reported to have been heard in the area of Central College and Ulry Road. Area checked. Not heard, not located. Possibly coming from Columbus. CPD advised.

12:52 am – Loud music complaint on Rangoon Drive. Advised to turn it down.

2:52 am – Juvenile teen male subject found walking on Dahlgreen Drive. Transported home, released to parent.

2:58 am – BTPD Officer observed 5 young adults in two cars at Arnett & Dahlgreen. Checked. No violation.

3:32 am – BTPD Officer was flagged down by a female at Speedway (SR3 & Dempsey). She said a male subject tried to get in her car. Area checked. Male subject located. He said he had been kicked out of his friends car and was trying to get back in to get a ride home. Officer transported him home.

6:22 am – Caller at Speedway (Morse & SR3) said there was a female subject in his car who was trying to extort money from him. Gone on arrival.

Other Friday morning; 1 false alarm.
